How do you contribute to Natay Construction's success? I'm the one always looking ahead, dreaming up how we can make construction better. I believe we can change the whole industry, making it more organized and predictable. One awesome project at a time!

What sets Natay Construction apart from other contractors? You know how sometimes in construction things go wrong and people just shrug? We don't do that! We really listen to our clients and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

What's a memorable project you've worked on at Natay Construction? We tore a house in half, added a whole new section, and put a giant roof over everything. The family lived there the whole time, so we had to be extra careful! We had it all planned out, and even the neighbors, who were skeptical at first, were amazed how fast we got it done.

How do you contribute to Natay Construction’s success? I take the client's vision and build the "foundation" of the project. I work closely with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. I stay closely involved by working with our Superintendent, Dan, to ensure we stay on schedule and in budget. When the "unknowns" happen (and they do!), we get creative and find solutions.

What sets Natay Construction apart from other contractors? Our value is in our communication and living up to our commitments to our clients. Our goal is to build confidence in the process from pre-construction to the final walk through of a project. This is what sets us apart.

What's a memorable project you've worked on at Natay Construction? We did a "gut" and remodel on a home in Old Town PC, and added an additional floor. The logistics required me to think out of the box. From tearing out foundation, repouring footings + foundation walls, a steep road in the middle of winter, to moving a beautiful 400+ LB tub upstairs + around tight corners. We made it happen and the home turned out beautiful!

How do you contribute to Natay Construction’s success? I handle much of the coordination that keeps our projects on track. From material selections, invoicing, + bids, to making sure our subcontractors stay within budget + the schedule. I help ensure everything runs smoothly so the team can focus on delivering great work for the clients.

What's a memorable project you've worked on at Natay Construction? A memorable project for me was one where we replaced a client’s countertops and stair railing. It was a smaller job, but the transformation made a big impact on their home. Seeing how happy they were with the final result reminded me why I love what we do.
